I grew up in the small town of Henniker, NH and have recently moved back to the same street I grew up on to raise my daughter. Although my career path began with a Business major at New England College, I quickly realized that my true passion was health and wellness, which led me to switch to Health Science. After graduating in 2009, I moved to D.C. and ended up developing a chronic health issue of my own which led to weight gain, depression and chronic fatigue. I had a day of awakening after an ER trip and that’s really when my journey took a turn, I decided to focus all of my energy on researching and testing different “cures” for chronic pain and suffering through self-experimentation.
Over the past 15 years, I've tried nearly every diet, fitness trend, supplement and protocol out there—from keto and intermittent fasting to extreme detoxes and the latest invasive bio-hacks. I've spent countless hours experimenting with what works and what doesn't. Along the way, I not only learned how to transform my own body but also developed the tools to help others achieve lasting weight loss and optimal well-being.
